Kiani Olive Oil

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from organically farmed, hand-harvested olives grown on the Kiani Preserve in the Santa Ynez Valley. The 2023 Heirloom Field Blend is comprised of 4 different olive varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, and Kononeiki- all of which are prized for their exceptional quality and distinctive characteristics. The Kiani Preserve estate olive groves are in close proximity to the mill which allows for harvest and milling to occur on the same day- ensuring the fruit is pressed at its optimal state for the extraction of complex flavors and pure aromas.
